Program Overview:
Patients with primary headache disorders often do not seek care unless the headaches interfere with their activities. Migraine creates significant impact on those who live with the condition, which includes 28 million Americans. The variety of clinical presentations of migraine may account for under-recognition of migraine as 50% of migraine sufferers remain undiagnosed. Fortunately, better understandings of migraine mechanisms, more effective treatments and better treatment strategies can enable clinicians to provide effective treatment plans for migraine sufferers. This program will examine the latest clinical data of migraine for better patient outcome.
